The Science Behind Happiness

The brief behind this project was to create an Infographic Poster that explores the science behind happiness and ways to improve emotional well-being.

The first step of my process always consists of understanding the brief and researching what other competitors have done in order to make my design stand out. After that, I proceed to mood boarding which includes searching for a suitable colour palette and font, and having an idea of how I would want the layout to be.

I always try my best to design an infographic that is not only visually appealing, but still conveys the message clearly and systematically.
