Supporting the rollout of scalable digital systems and customer-facing infrastructure for one of the largest telecommunications brands in the United States.

Working within a wider digital team, I contributed to the development and rollout of scalable UI systems and digital infrastructure for Charter Communications and Spectrum.

The project focused on creating reusable page-builder components and modular interface systems within Adobe XD, allowing internal teams to efficiently build, adapt, and scale landing pages across multiple products, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.

My role involved designing flexible interface elements, layout structures, promotional components, and reusable content modules that could be consistently implemented across a large digital ecosystem spanning entertainment, sports, streaming, mobile, and telecommunications services.

Following the rollout of the updated UI system, I also supported implementation through promotional banners, campaign assets, landing page graphics, interface components, and digital advertising materials used across multiple Spectrum initiatives.

The project required balancing scalability, usability, brand consistency, and production efficiency across a large-scale enterprise environment while accommodating evolving commercial requirements and multiple internal stakeholders.
