Supporting one of New York’s largest event venues through ongoing brand and design execution across multiple campaigns, partners, and event environments.
context
Over six months, I worked as an external creative partner for the Javits Center in New York, supporting a wide range of design requirements across campaigns, exhibitions and operational deliverables.
The role required balancing speed, consistency and adaptability while working within established brand guidelines across both digital and physical environments. Deliverables ranged from promotional assets and event support materials through to production-ready artwork and partner-facing collateral.
Alongside the creative work itself, the project also involved coordinating with printers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and accurate execution across multiple applications and formats.
The experience provided exposure to the operational demands of a large-scale venue environment, where responsiveness, reliability, and maintaining consistency across high-volume deliverables were critical to the wider event ecosystem.
