How might one help Memorial Hospital improve the experience of visiting the ER and make sure customers feel cared for?
🚑 THE DELIVERABLE:
I created a resarch protocol research, aimed at finding insights about what makes people feel cared for and how Memorial Hospital might go about incorporating those insights into their current ER setup.
