Brand Identity for OneFor. A no drama fintech app.

My approach to OneFor began with a single question: How can a financial platform feel profoundly human?
In a category dominated by sterile minimalism and overused tech clichés, we saw an opportunity to design something alive fluid, expressive, and emotionally resonant. The challenge wasn’t just to simplify finance, but to infuse it with warmth, inclusivity, and connection.
I treated the project as the creation of an entire system of energy a dynamic identity that could flex across markets, cultures, and generations without losing its essence. The design system was built as a kit-of-parts: modular, rhythmic, and scalable. Every component from the typography to the photography, from layout to motion was designed to adapt, expand, and move with the brand’s users.
Finance is personal. Yet most fintech brands communicate with a cold efficiency that distances rather than empowers. OneFor’s mission to transform everyday transactions into human connections demanded a brand world that could speak with emotion while maintaining clarity and trust.
We designed a human-first system where simplicity is not about reduction, but about clarity of intention.
Typography (Visby CF and Inter) balances structure and accessibility modern and approachable.
Colour moves beyond the traditional blues of fintech into a vibrant, multi-tonal spectrum led by OneFor Purple, signaling creativity, empowerment, and inclusion.
Modular grids and layouts give OneFor its dynamic rhythm allowing storytelling to shift seamlessly between motion, social, and static formats without ever losing recognition.
Voice and messaging reinforce the same promise: Fast. Simple. No Drama.
The result is an identity that feels alive one that mirrors OneFor’s mission to simplify money while amplifying human connection.
At the core of the identity lies modularity a visual language that’s flexible by design.
From app tiles to billboards, every element scales through proportional logic and optical balance. The grid system functions like a rhythm sheet guiding consistency while allowing freedom for creative expression.
