EY CSO Forum Key Visual Animation

The original design featured a captivating sphere showcasing sustainability and innovation. The bottom half depicted a lush environment with trees, rivers, and water splashes, while the top half displayed buildings and wind turbines. The goal was to animate these elements to create a visually engaging and dynamic experience.

I meticulously separated layers from the provided design to allow for individual animation. This enabled effects like rotating wind turbine blades, a flowing river current, and a dynamic water splash. Additionally, a car was animated to seamlessly travel around the sphere.

The biggest challenge involved crafting a captivating background animation. It needed to loop seamlessly, maintain a manageable file size, and convey a sense of subtlety and calmness. Initial attempts with a fully rotating background proved too fast-paced. We opted for a more tranquil solution: a subtly scaling background that mimics breathing, creating a calming and mesmerizing effect.

The final animation exceeded expectations. EY’s design team was highly impressed, and the animation played flawlessly on both wide screens and the large LED stage background during the event.
