There was still something missing on the app. Something that could connect the user with the product, that would create the need to interact with. Based on that idea we picked on subjects like First Usage, General, Fatigue, Breaks and Metrics and decided to use them for a first version of the Achievements. We wanted to give the app this gamification style because we wanted people to care more about mental fatigue and about being productive. Bringing the idea of competition for the Performetric was great in order to tease with other friends and compare their performance.
