• Led and developed a data-driven team of 14 (marketing, business dev., engineers)
• Defined roadmap, set OKRs and KPIs, managed budget, introduced new acquisition channels, experimentation and growth processes and methodology (Scrum & RICE) >> Leads increased by 270% and revenue went up from €925k to €3M YOY
• Setup and implemented framework for cross-product integration >> Appjobs.com, Appjobs.Work and Unveel.io now share value and revenue
