Kajabi Sales Funnel & Community for "Feminine Voice Liberation"

Jan's program was already powerful. It just wasn't selling online.

Jan Jorgensen runs Sound and Light Healing Arts and has spent decades in sound and light healing. Her signature program, "Feminine Voice Liberation," had real depth: a 43-page playbook, a 5-part video series, and a growing community of women finding their voice. But the Kajabi site she'd paid someone on Upwork to build? Template-based, generic, and zero sales.

By the time she reached out, she was honestly not sure her program would ever work online. So she took a chance on me and let me rebuild the whole thing around one goal: actually converting visitors into buyers.

Why the old site made zero sales I didn't open a design tool on day one. First, I needed to understand who we were selling to. I dug into the psychology of Jan's ideal customers, figured out what would actually make them buy, and built the entire funnel around that. From there I mapped the student journey, planned how the playbook and video series would reach members, and laid out the sales page, community, and upsell flow.

From blank canvas to two custom designs No template this time. I designed the sales page from scratch, keeping Jan's existing brand colors so it still felt like her. I wrote a detailed prompt in Gemini and generated the first version in Lovable, which got me a strong starting point fast. From there I refined it over 5 to 6 rounds until every section hit the right tone. Then I built a second version in Bolt.new so Jan had two real options to choose from, not one design and a "take it or leave it."

Pages and design Instead of dragging Kajabi's default blocks around, I custom-coded the pages so they matched the approved design exactly:

The result: from zero to 6 sales on autopilot Jan handled her own marketing once the new page was live, and the difference was hard to miss. Her old template site had made nothing. I checked in about 6 weeks after launch and she told me she'd already landed 6 sales, with the whole system running on its own while she got back to doing what she actually loves: mentoring.
