Webflow Site Refinement for Tacy Riehm

Tacy Riehm runs Vos Consulting, a leadership and executive coaching brand built around her speaking and consulting work. The Webflow site was already up and running, but it had accumulated a long list of issues: blurry images, duplicated testimonials, broken links, inconsistent typography, outdated logos, and navigation that didn't behave the way it should.

She needed someone who could go through the entire site, catch everything that was off, and fix it cleanly without breaking what was already working. That's where I came in.

Fixed image rendering issues on the homepage without degrading quality or performance

Rewrote and structured the speaker bio for clarity and authority

Updated About section to reflect a team-based company structure

Added team member roles and content cleanly

Updated speaking topics and corrected navigation behavior

Structured testimonials properly: correct order, logos added, duplicates removed, formatting standardized

Implemented testimonial navigation for better usability

Cleaned and simplified contact forms and contact sections

Reordered and expanded logo sections with intentional credibility hierarchy

Every page now works the way it should. Testimonials build trust in a structured sequence instead of appearing randomly. The logo section communicates credibility at a glance. Navigation takes visitors where they expect to go. And the speaker bio reads like it was written for a stage, not an afterthought.

The client went from worrying about small things slipping through to having full confidence in every page on the site.
