A production operations platform, built full-stack and shipped

Spreadsheets don't run a kitchen. A working bakery has recipes and ingredient costs to track. It also has production schedules and supplier invoices, usually scattered across spreadsheets and someone's memory. BakeryOS is the single system I built to hold all of it. It's my own product.

Recipes flow into costing, costing into production sheets and production into a calendar. An AI pipeline reads supplier invoices, and anything uncertain goes to a review list. It's a zero-build app on Supabase that installs on a phone, and it runs separate tenants from one codebase behind a hard boundary.

It's live as an installable app with a public site at bakeryos.io, and an iOS App Store pipeline (Capacitor and Codemagic) is taking it native.

This is the multi-tenant, full-stack shape a "build me a real SaaS" brief actually needs. For live Stripe subscription billing specifically, that's my TaskNext work.
