A production operations platform, built full-stack and shipped

Spreadsheets don't run a kitchen. A working bakery has recipes, ingredient costs, production schedules, a calendar and supplier invoices — usually scattered across spreadsheets and someone's memory. BakeryOS is the single system I built to hold all of it.

Full-stack, and actually in production

Recipes flow into costing, costing into production sheets, production into a calendar — and an AI pipeline reads incoming supplier invoices straight into the books. It's a zero-build PWA on Supabase, installable on a phone, running two walled tenants — owner and operator — off one codebase behind a hard boundary.

Shipped, not staged

It's in production as a PWA today, with an iOS App Store pipeline (Capacitor + Codemagic) taking it native — hardened on real operational data, not a prototype.
This is the multi-tenant, full-stack shape a "build me a real SaaS" brief actually needs. For live Stripe subscription billing specifically, that's my TaskNext work.
