Heppo is a Brazilian app that aims to simplify people’s lives organizing they medical documents. The Curitiba City Hall wanted to decrease the incident number in medical incidents and decrease the waiting time, one of the principal problems in the public health, which they would call "Heppo", and they chose me to help them to create the best possible product. In keeping with a new identity, the City Hall wanted to make a app that helps regular people, to being self-organized, inputing base informations, history, medications, allergies and more what able the hospital to produce forecasting’s and fast appointments.

To discovery the user journey and they behaviors, was needed to mix the customer data, identifying patterns, and developing assumptions. With that on mind, we map a pool of opportunities and paths, where we observe and focus in the less costly, most easy to adapt and how to cover these gaps of lack of satisfaction and information.
