Aya Data is a London and Accra-based AI services company bridging the gap between data science teams in the global north and annotation talent in Africa - offering end-to-end AI support across discovery, data acquisition, annotation, model training, and ongoing maintenance. With 100+ full-time domain specialists, ISO 9001, GDPR, and SOC2 compliance, and proven case studies across aerospace, MedTech, agriculture, and environmental monitoring, Aya Data has since raised $2.05M from 54 Collective and grown to 167 employees.

Freddie came to us with 20 slides of muddled, unpolished content as the company relaunched from a data annotation business into a full-service AI consultancy - needing a professional brochure that could clearly communicate the new positioning to UK enterprise clients.

We redesigned and restructured the sales brochure across three revision rounds, incorporating client testimonials, four detailed case studies, and a clean visual hierarchy that communicated Aya Data's full-stack AI capabilities clearly and credibly.

The updated brochure won approval from Freddie's CMO and went into active use for the company's commercial relaunch - supported by $2.05M in funding and a growing team now at 167 people.
