Gram Cafe & Pancakes, an international soufflé pancake brand from Japan, reached out to me to create some content for their local Singapore branches. I produced Reels, Instagram Stories, animations and menus for them.

I wanted to capture the dishes in their most appetising and aesthetically pleasing states, and I wanted to be able to capture the dishes as fresh as possible. Unfortunately, I’m deeply unskilled at making a regular pancake - let alone a big, fluffy soufflé pancake, so I hoisted my studio equipment down to the store.

I shot the shots, filmed the videos and wrote the copies for the posts; here are the posts that went live and some that got cut.
