The client needed a site to present company services, current and future property projects, and detail the features of working with real estate. Strong visual presentation was a key requirement. As a result, a site was created that feels more like a visual story or subtitled film than a classic website. Visuals were developed alongside structure, design system, and architecture, achieving a cohesive and expressive result.

The project originally involved large, content-rich pages, so a full design system was established from the start: Webflow Components, CSS variables, repeating styles, patterns, and templates for animations and custom code. GSAP and JavaScript were actively used for complex visual dynamics, as Webflow Interactions alone were insufficient, though they were still partially employed. CMS Collections were applied selectively, since property pages varied greatly in structure and content.

Scalability and Design System The architecture allows convenient site expansion and addition of new properties without reworking existing pages.

Expressive Visual Presentation Site content “lives” through GSAP and custom JavaScript animations. Code reuse enables complex effects without chaos or logic duplication.

3D Tour Integration Ready-made 3D tours were integrated, allowing detailed interactive exploration of homes and apartments.

Interactive Floor Plan A custom JavaScript and CSS block displays all floors and apartments. Users can select a floor and apartment to view detailed info. This was one of the most complex elements to implement.

Splide + JavaScript Galleries Over 10 galleries were created with Splide, plus a custom popup for detailed image viewing.

The client received a scalable, manageable site with strong visual presentation, built strictly according to the design layout and in close collaboration with the designer. The project demonstrates how comprehensive architecture and team collaboration achieve top-quality results.
