This is a selection of my favorite projects I’ve worked on in recent years. This reel is focused on 2D animation, explainer videos, educational content, character animation, and 2D art and illustration. Please enable the audio!

I had always wanted to create an audiovisual piece using Mozart’s Dies Irae, but I never had the chance. So I decided to do it with my own portfolio.

It was a very detailed and enjoyable process to adapt the timing, rhythm, and mood of the soundtrack to the content I wanted to showcase. I really like the contrast between such an epic, apocalyptic score and a visual world that is so colorful, innocent, and cartoon-like.

This was a purely editing-driven piece, focused on rhythm and music, using my own animation projects as visual assets.

After syncing the visuals with the music, I thought it would be great to create a new intro scene in which a conductor (cartoony yet solemn) begins the performance. So that’s an original scene I produced exclusively for this reel.
