The brand is a global fashion brand with a niche appeal. The target audience are women 45+ who are confident in their skin, like to wear bright colours and have a creative spirit. They don't fit a predefined bucket and as such are difficult to discover when prospecting. Through thorough analysis and a deep understanding of their personas, I launched a series of display prospecting campaigns which increased orders from new customers by 20% each month during the initial 3 months of testing.
