FoodAid Dashboard

The FoodAid Dashboard is a comprehensive digital solution crafted to address global food security and nutrition challenges. I spearheaded the branding, UI/UX design, and development of both the mobile app (built with React Native and Supabase) and the website (built on Webflow). This project delivers an intuitive and visually engaging platform optimized for global impact.
Design & Development Highlights
To deliver a seamless and engaging experience across platforms, we developed the FoodAid mobile application using React Native, enabling rapid deployment for both iOS and web environments with a unified codebase. We configured the development and distribution environments within Apple’s App Store ecosystem, including provisioning profiles, certificates, and internal test environments, to ensure smooth submission and testing workflows. The application integrates a back end via Supabase, which provides real-time data access, authentication, and storage. Supabase acts as the bridge to the existing FoodAid Dashboard database, allowing us to securely sync and present data dynamically on an interactive map powered by MapBox and DeckGL, while also supporting filters, categories, and user personalization features.

Webflow Website: Built a sleek, high-performance website optimized for all devices.
Data-Driven Design: Intuitive visuals, interactive maps, and seamless navigation enhance usability.

RESEARCH

We analyzed pain points in the current dashboard and offered solid solutions for improving the UX part of the mobile application. Creating the user interface sketches helped to define the basic structure and layout for the mobile app entire direction. The UX/UI screens of the main flow appeared elaborated and updated, as well as a large number of the possible styles and directions in the creative approach we’ve chose them from.

UX DESIGN

A better user experience and improved design skyrocket the retention rate, ensuring more users returning to the website. In its turn, a trendy, user-friendly website invests in client’s brand image, positioning them as a customer-focused and up-to-date organization.
