Arketa Email Automation System for Membership Launch

Built the complete Arketa email automation system for a wellness membership launch: email marketing automation, transactional email design, and a reusable newsletter template, covering onboarding, consultation booking, and member retention from day one. The brief wasn't "write some emails." It was to get an entire membership platform's lifecycle messaging production-ready before launch, on a system most email tools aren't built natively for.

8 automated lifecycle email flows inside Arketa, covering new subscriber welcome, consultation booking confirmation and reminders, and new member onboarding, each one triggered off real user behavior rather than sent manually.

A full branded transactional email suite, matched to the brand's live Webflow site rather than left as generic platform defaults.

A modular newsletter template redesigned twice: first for visual direction, then rebuilt from scratch using only blocks Arketa's own drag-and-drop editor actually supports (image, text, button, divider, background color), with Georgia/Arial fallback fonts and pre-cropped images, so it's genuinely rebuildable by the client in-platform, not just a nice mockup that breaks the moment someone tries to use it.

Diagnosed and fixed a critical "sold out" error that was blocking every consultation booking platform-wide, ahead of launch.

Tracked down an iPhone-only rendering bug on the newsletter signup popup to Arketa's own iframe embed, not the Webflow wrapper, after three rounds of conflicting device evidence, closing out a bug that had been misdiagnosed twice before.

This isn't a handful of email templates. It's the full email infrastructure layer for a membership platform launch, flows, transactional messaging, and a newsletter system built to survive contact with a real no-code builder.
