  • Administration of Office365, Azure Active Directory, Google Admin, Adobe, and various other software applications.
  • Create various documentation guides or videos to help employees, which reduced daily issues or tickets by 20%.
  • Manage all IT assets, passwords, and ticket management through Salesforce.
  • Installing, upgrading, and maintaining of over 300+ computers, 150+ phones and many more IoT devices for users and testing.
  • Full set up and take down of technical equipment and needs for events, conferences and office needs, three times a year.
