Problem Statement

Early-stage parents often struggle to interpret their baby’s health and development patterns. Most existing applications focus only on logging activities such as feeding, sleep, or health tracking, placing the burden of interpretation entirely on parents. BabyGrow was designed to reduce confusion and anxiety by transforming raw data into meaningful insights and actionable guidance.

Design Process

The project began with understanding common parenting challenges and identifying gaps in existing tracking applications. The design process focused on simplifying complex health data through intuitive interfaces, structured information architecture, and AI-assisted interactions. Multiple iterations were explored to improve accessibility across mobile, tablet, and wearable devices while maintaining a calm and reassuring user experience.

Solution

BabyGrow is an AI-powered infant care platform that combines health tracking, behavioral analysis, and caregiver management into a single ecosystem. The platform enables parents to monitor feeding, sleep, growth, and developmental activities while receiving intelligent insights, automated reminders, and contextual recommendations. Features such as AI-based recognition and multi-caregiver support were integrated to create a more supportive and informed parenting experience.

Outcome & Result

The final outcome was a scalable and feature-rich digital product that balanced usability, emotional reassurance, and system-level functionality. The project strengthened the overall accessibility and organization of infant care tracking while demonstrating how AI can support decision-making in everyday parenting scenarios.

My Role

I worked as part of the product design team and was primarily responsible for designing the core user experience and major interface screens, including the home dashboard, tracking systems, and key interaction flows. I also collaborated closely with developers and business analysts to ensure the designs aligned with technical requirements and overall product logic. Additionally, I contributed to system structuring, interaction refinement, and visual consistency across the platform.
