I wrote the text for a "Director of the Year" nomination. The text was a 350-word description of why the individual was being nominated for the award which included a narrative describing how said person exceeded in the following areas: program quality (operations and/or curriculum delivery), revenue-building/retention of families/staff, customer service/satisfaction.

I worked closely with the client, Erin Sizelove, to ensure that all of the crucial points were being met.
