AGON - UX/UI for a Sports Competition Platform

AGON is a concept for a mobile-first sports platform designed to motivate young athletes. The goal: an energetic, intuitive UI with frictionless navigation and bold, action-driven UX – all built from scratch, with no templates or UI kits.
My Role
UX/UI Designer – responsible for everything from user flows and wireframes to full visual design & prototyping.
Approach
I mapped the ideal user journey: join → discover → compete → track. The design uses dark mode with vibrant highlights for a dynamic feel. Every layout and element was custom-designed to feel tactile, premium, and fun to use.
Results
A modular, scalable system for any type of competition or user profile – reflecting my focus on thoughtful, conversion-oriented mobile UX.
