I've designed Luna PDP for the Satin Eclipse Lipstick line with a CRO-driven approach, increasing conversions, AOV, and retention through hierarchy, upsells, and storytelling.
Key Contributions:
Visual Hierarchy: Clear flow (hero → proof → upsell → reviews → FAQ) for smoother navigation.
CTA Placement: “Add to Cart” + bundle CTAs at key decision points.
Upsell Strategy: “Save with Sets” bundles and cross-sells to boost AOV.
Innovative Elements: Before/after visuals, objection-killing FAQ, and newsletter capture with discount.
Storytelling: Desire-led “Behind Luna Kiss” to elevate brand value.
Impact:
Higher CVR from simplified CTAs.
Increased AOV via bundles.
Improved retention with email + SMS growth.
