Property-Management Website Redesign — Client Identity Withheld by Tom NichollsProperty-Management Website Redesign — Client Identity Withheld by Tom Nicholls
This anonymized, AI-assisted website concept reorganized a regional property-management company's owner journey around clarity, trust, and next steps.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The organization, location, identifying brand assets, contact details, portals, company-specific statistics, and internal information have been removed. The visual is a representative anonymized reconstruction, not a public link to the original project.
THE CHALLENGE
The existing company website felt dated, had an unclear visitor journey, and did not reflect how prospective rental owners actually evaluate a property-management partner. Important services, owner education, proof points, and calls to action competed for attention instead of supporting one coherent decision path.
MY ROLE
• Contributed direct property-management and business-development expertise
• Defined the needs and questions of prospective rental owners
• Shaped the owner journey and calls to action
• Connected the site structure to the real onboarding process
• Reviewed terminology for operational and regulatory sensitivity
• Tested the concept for clarity, usability, and trust
• Managed iterative AI-assisted production
THE SOLUTION
The redesign organized the experience around the primary prospective-owner question: “Can this company make rental ownership easier and communicate clearly?”
The homepage moves from a plain-language value proposition into services, process, proof, education, and a focused analysis request. Separate owner, resident, rental, and maintenance actions remain available without competing with the primary conversion path.
The work also established a foundation for future owner-education pages tied to onboarding actions, including insurance, utilities, payment setup, startup funds, portal access, and frequently asked questions.
DELIVERABLES
• Audience and journey definition
• Website requirements and information architecture
• AI-assisted responsive redesign concept
• Owner-focused messaging and calls to action
• Onboarding-content roadmap
• Usability and domain review
WHAT THIS DEMONSTRATES
Industry expertise, customer-journey design, operational translation, requirements definition, sensitive-content review, AI-assisted website production, and usability testing.
The result is a complete redesign concept and implementation-ready content structure. No unverified traffic, conversion, or revenue claims are included.
