Turn Order Digital is an AI-assisted service website and proof concept designed to turn vague website help into a clear, fixed-scope small-business offer.
THE CHALLENGE
Small businesses often know their website feels dated or hard to use, but they do not know what a rebuild will include, what it will cost, or how it will help customers take action. The venture needed a focused offer, a credible visual identity, an understandable process, and proof that the same principles could produce a polished customer-facing site.
MY ROLE
• Defined the target customer and service promise • Shaped the fixed-scope founding offer • Directed the information architecture and long-scroll experience • Reviewed messaging for clarity and credibility • Tested the site as a prospective customer • Defined the inquiry path and project boundaries • Managed iterative AI-assisted production
THE SOLUTION
Turn Order Digital was structured around a simple promise: rebuild tired small-business websites into clearer tools that help customers visit, book, buy, or get in touch.
The site uses a focused navigation path through services, work, process, and company context. Calls to action remain visible without overwhelming the visitor, and the language emphasizes clear scope and practical business outcomes.
To demonstrate the design standard, the project also produced The Lantern Table, a fictional game-café concept. That site translates a community-centered venue into an immediate customer journey around tonight's events, the menu, visiting information, and atmosphere.
DELIVERABLES
• Business positioning and service structure • Website requirements and information architecture • AI-assisted responsive website • Conversion and inquiry flow • Fictional proof concept • Usability and messaging review
WHAT THIS DEMONSTRATES
Product positioning, service design, customer-journey thinking, requirements definition, AI-assisted production, usability review, and project management.
This is an owner-operated venture and fictional proof concept, not a paid client case study. No revenue or conversion outcomes are claimed.
