Tootle, the pioneering ride-sharing platform that captured hearts across Kathmandu valley, is thrilled to announce its triumphant return with a dynamic new management team and a host of exciting improvements. After a brief hiatus, Tootle is back in business, reinvigorated and ready to redefine urban mobility with the all new app and enhanced services.

As the sole UI/UX designer for the Tootle mobile app, I played a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for this innovative ride-sharing platform. My responsibilities encompassed the entire design process, from initial research and concept development to the final visual design and prototyping.

Understanding the unique needs of Tootle's target audience in the Kathmandu valley, I focused on creating an intuitive and engaging interface that simplifies the ride-sharing experience. I conducted user research to identify pain points and preferences, ensuring that the design addresses users' needs effectively.

Using tools like Figma, I designed the app's layout, prioritizing usability and accessibility. I created wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the user journey, allowing for user testing and feedback incorporation throughout the process. This iterative approach ensured that the final product not only looked great but also functioned seamlessly.

In addition to the visual design, I implemented a consistent branding strategy, aligning the app's aesthetic with Tootle's refreshed identity under its new management team. The result is a vibrant, user-friendly app that enhances urban mobility and fosters a positive experience for all users. With these enhancements, Tootle is poised to redefine ride-sharing in Kathmandu, and I’m proud to have contributed to this exciting comeback.
