TaskHub was designed as a complete solution for teams struggling with scattered workflows and inconsistent project visibility. The goal was to build a unified, intuitive space where users could manage tasks, visualize progress, and make data-backed decisions without friction.
The design process started with identifying key pain points from existing task management tools: cognitive overload, cluttered dashboards, and poor information hierarchy. From there, I focused on crafting a minimal yet data-rich interface—balancing depth with simplicity.
