Hominc | Full-Stack Real Estate Platform & Admin Dashboard

Custom real estate platform built from scratch with Next.js, Supabase, and a full property management system — designed to generate qualified leads and scale.

Hominc is a real estate group based in Guadalajara, Mexico, operating across multiple verticals — brokerage, investment, development, and social impact. Their existing web presence didn't reflect the scale of their operation or support their sales process effectively. The goal was to build a complete web ecosystem from scratch: a premium corporate site focused on brand perception and lead generation, paired with a full admin dashboard that gives the team total control over properties, listings, and incoming leads — no third-party CMS, no limitations.

I handled the full UX/UI design and front-end development of the platform. This included information architecture, visual design based on the client's references and brand guidelines, and implementation using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase as the backend. The result is a scalable, custom-built solution with complete control over design, logic, performance, and data.

The site uses a clean, dark-and-white palette with warm accent tones — positioning Hominc as a premium, trustworthy brand in a market where most competitors look generic. The layout prioritizes browsing and filtering properties, with clear conversion paths at every step: from property discovery to contact form to booked consultation.
