Dorin Wigs, a Hollywood-based wigs brand, was running their customer operations across too many disconnected tools. Email marketing in one place, lead tracking in another, customer communication scattered across platforms. Nothing talked to each other, and leads were falling through the cracks.

The Approach

I consolidated everything into GoHighLevel, building a unified CRM system that handles the full customer lifecycle from first touch to repeat purchase.
CRM migration and setup: Moved all customer data, lead lists, and communication history from HubSpot and other tools into GoHighLevel. Clean data, no duplicates, proper segmentation from day one.
