Kremer Automobile — AI-Powered Car Dealership Platform

Built a complete digital platform for Kremer Automobile, a family-owned used car dealership in Elz, Germany. The project covered everything from brand identity to an AI-powered vehicle valuation engine.

Kremer Automobile needed to modernize their business. They had no digital presence, no way for customers to browse inventory online, and no system for vehicle trade-in valuations. Everything was done in person or over the phone.

Designed the logo and full visual identity with a modern blue/white color system that reflects trust and professionalism for a family-run dealership.

Built a custom WordPress theme with a structured vehicle listing system. Each listing includes brand, model, mileage, price, fuel type, transmission, power output, condition, and feature checkboxes (AC, navigation, leather, etc.). Every vehicle page supports an optimized image gallery and YouTube video embeds.

Integrated mobile.de's API/XML feed to automatically import and sync vehicle inventory. New listings on mobile.de appear on the website automatically, eliminating manual data entry.

Built a custom WordPress plugin powered by OpenAI that gives customers instant market value estimates for their vehicles. Users input structured data from their Fahrzeugschein (vehicle registration document): make, model, HSN/TSN codes, first registration date, mileage, power output, fuel type, emission class, transmission, condition, and optional equipment. The AI processes these inputs against market context to generate a real-time price estimate. Admin can toggle AI results on/off per submission.

Designed a conversion-optimized purchase (Ankauf) flow with a pictogram-based UI, support for 10+ vehicle photo uploads, document uploads, and a post-submission Calendly booking integration so customers can schedule an in-person inspection immediately after submitting.

Mobile-first responsive design, SEO schema and meta structure, GDPR-compliant cookie consent, and AdSense-ready ad placements.
