This project presents a contemporary façade design for a multi-story residential building, developed to create a distinctive identity through bold geometric forms, clean lines, and a balanced material palette. The composition combines textured cladding, glass balconies, decorative screens, integrated LED lighting, and landscaped balconies to achieve a modern, elegant appearance.

The design emphasizes verticality while maintaining visual balance across the elevation. Large openings maximize daylight and views, while architectural frames and feature elements add depth and create a strong visual landmark within the urban context.
