Kumiko is a skincare brand that draws inspiration from the rich and time-honored traditions of Korean skincare. The brand name "Kumiko" combines two essential elements-"kumi", which signifies "beauty" and "ko" symbolizing "harmony" or "balance". Kumiko's mission is to provide natural skincare solutions.

I wanted something eye-catching and a different tone compared to the other skincare lines, while still catering to the client's needs and the deliverables that were given. The goal was to redirect from the traditional aesthetic to a more modern and chic identity system with duotone imagery and a unique typeface.
