THE BUSINESS NEED
SEGS runs guided EZ Raider tours in Caesarea, Israel. Bookings had been handled through phone calls and WhatsApp, leaving availability, customer details, and daily coordination spread across manual workflows.
MY ROLE
Product design and full-stack development of a bilingual Hebrew/English booking and operations platform for the business.
WHAT I BUILT
A public website and booking flow, hosted online payments, gift vouchers, a guide dashboard, and an admin workspace for tours, customers, and operations. React and TypeScript power the interface, with Supabase and PostgreSQL behind the application.
DESIGNING FOR REAL OPERATIONS
The work included Hebrew and English layouts, role-based access, tour-capacity checks, payment-status synchronization, and transactional email workflows with retries and delivery logs. The guide and admin interfaces focus on the information each role needs to run the day.

THE RESULT
The platform is live and used by the business. Customers can book online, guides can review their schedules, and the business can manage its daily operations in one place. Development continues through operational feedback.
