Responsibilities included:

Vendor Communications through company email or text

Attendee Communication. Set up creation and review system

Volunteer Coordination - creating the plan for what volunteers will do day of

Run of Show - managing changes and finalizing the RoS

Venue Map Creation - to detail where vendors, talent, checkin, furniture should go

Additionally: Created Notion templates, Google sheets contact list, Event flyers and more

Created calendar to show what dates communications would go out for both text and email. Drafted messages to attendees. After review, input them into comms system and scheduled their release.

Created a Run of Show specific to company's needs. Included Volunteer plan, set up before the event, detailed RoS during the event, and responsibilities for breakdown.

Designed custom venue maps in Canva so that day-of volunteers and vendors know how to set-up.

CREATED CHECKLIST FOR VENUE WALKTHROUGHS

Based on the unique needs of this client (ex: two 15 amp electrical plugs outside for cold plunge chillers), created a venue walkthrough guide to re-use for each venue under consideration.

Handled all communication with vendors for the business. Communicated invites, logistics, partnerships.

Created a branded bingo sheet that the company wanted attendees to use upon arrival to break the ice.
