Deployed a critical systems Data Center from scratch

Based on a proposal signed with the customer I organized thje kick-off, planned the project, lead the execution, monitoring and control, performed the procurement activities and interfaced both the internal and final customers. Activities included detailed risk management, project scheduling, problem resolution and reporting to the Board of the end customer.
