Grow a SW development unit from 30 to 80 people in 18 months
I grew up one unit from 30 to 80 people in one year, minimizing disruption in the flow of the projects and training the new elements to adopt a very strong company culture. Led the performance evaluations and change initiatives, based on the constant gathering of feedback from the members.
