Website Design for Eloy Construction Interiors

Danny Kinz

Designed the full marketing website for Eloy Construction Interiors, a commercial interior build-out firm specializing in workplace, hospitality, and healthcare spaces. The brief was to make a construction company feel like a design-led brand without losing the trust signals that actually win contracts: track record, process clarity, and craft.
The problem: Most construction and build-out companies default to stock photography and generic "we build your dream space" copy. That doesn't work for a firm whose whole pitch is that the same team handles planning, construction, and finish work in one accountable process. The site needed to prove that positioning visually, not just claim it.
What I designed:
Oversized, confident type treatment for the hero ("We build spaces where business happens"), using orange as a single accent color against warm cream and black to keep the palette calm but distinctive
Arched image framing on hero and section visuals, a soft, architectural detail that echoes the built environment without feeling decorative for its own sake
A stat bar (15+ years, 200+ spaces delivered) placed right after the hero, so credibility hits before the reader even scrolls into the pitch
A scrolling marquee band listing verticals and values (hospitality, healthcare, retail, design-build) as a texture element that breaks up the page rhythm between sections
A four-point "why ECI" section explaining the actual operational advantage, one accountable team, clarity before construction, built around operations, finish included from day one, framed as numbered principles instead of vague taglines
A dark "what we do" service breakdown covering the full lifecycle from preconstruction and budgeting through project management, each with a one-line outcome instead of a paragraph
A featured environments section showing workplace, hospitality, and healthcare spaces side by side, letting the variety of work speak instead of over-explaining it
A bold orange "how we work" section with a four-step process (listen, plan, build, refine) paired with real jobsite photography to ground the process in something tangible
An FAQ section addressing real buyer hesitations (can you work with our architect, can renovations be phased around an active business) instead of generic questions
A dark closing CTA with a large watermark wordmark, giving the page a confident close instead of trailing off
Design system: Built around a warm cream base, near-black text, and a single orange accent, paired with a bold sans-serif for headlines and a more restrained body type to keep the density of construction-industry information readable.
Scope: UI design only. Full page development on WordPress with Elementor covering desktop layout, component states, and the complete visual system.
Result: A site that reads like a firm that has its process dialed in, which is exactly the confidence a business owner needs before handing over their space and budget to a contractor.
