The Personio In-App Integrations Marketplace is the main location for paying customer to browse, discover and connect to our first party (built by Personio) and third party integration (built by third party partners). The marketplace enables current and prospective Personio customers (HR Managers, IT Admins & Customer Developers, Partner Developers) to integrate software tools across key HR workflows. Creating a great UX for the Marketplace contributes to the company objectives related to PWA and positioning Personio as a leader in this new market category.

The goal was to design and develop an in-app marketplace that offers improved navigation, a seamless integration discovery flow, and an enhanced layout for integration details.

The intended outcome was to have an interface that helps significantly reduce the drop-off rate within the integration marketplace, promote better adoption, and increase visits. In just the first month after going live, we observed a remarkable 39% surge in marketplace visits. Additionally, a key anticipated result is the creation of a seamless flow that provides both technical and non-technical users with comprehensive details about each integration.
