About the project

A Florida-based real estate agency specializing in high-demand coastal properties was receiving dozens of inquiries daily through online forms.
While demand was strong, every lead required manual review. Sales managers had to read long submissions, interpret buyer intent, and decide who to contact first — slowing down the entire sales cycle in a highly competitive market.

Solution

I built a fully automated, AI-powered lead qualification and CRM routing pipeline using Typeform, Zapier, OpenAI (GPT-4), Pipedrive, and Slack.
The system analyzes each inquiry instantly, assigns an objective lead score, and routes qualified leads directly to the sales team — without manual review.

How the Automation Works
