Tale+ is a fully remote platform that connects bilingual speech-language pathologists (SLPs) with students across Puerto Rico and the U.S.
As the company grew, they needed to recruit 1–3 certified bilingual SLPs using social media in a creative, strategic, and human-first way.

Recruit 1–3 SLPs in a competitive hiring market
Clearly communicate the benefits of working at Tale+
Create content that felt real, trustworthy, and professional
Test social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) as a recruiting channel
