Title: Legacy Cloud Migration & CI/CD Delivery Governance Role: Senior Programme Manager

Overview: Led governance for an enterprise AWS/Azure migration portfolio, aligning architecture assessments, migration roadmaps, engineering teams, and deployment controls.

Challenge: Legacy infrastructure costs were high, and business stakeholders lacked clear visibility of build and migration progress across distributed engineering teams.

Approach: Coordinated as-is architecture assessments and migration roadmaps. Established delivery governance for automated CI/CD pipeline provisioning, improving deployment controls and progress visibility.

Outcome: Reduced legacy infrastructure costs by 45% over two years. Your CV also records 99.9% uptime for phased data migrations; include that result here only if it relates to this same portfolio.
