Overview

I worked on an application's UI/UX design in a project that aims to improve the relationship between public companies and their customers. This relationship is often challenging due to travel costs, complex administrative procedures, a lack of responsiveness on social media (when it exists), and the low importance given by the general public to toll-free numbers. So whenever there's a court circuit, water problem, or other problems, they will be able to inform the related service company in charge through the app.
Client: Bilili, a company specialized in creating digital products and services.
Role: UI/UX and Graphic Designer
Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
Goals: Improve existing interfaces and create new ones. Time/Duration: 3 months
The project also included the design of a CRM and a website. Given that I had to consider the developers' experience while also attending my courses and preparing for exams, using an existing, well-established design system, only for the mobile app, was the most efficient solution. This allowed me to save time, avoid unnecessary costs, and maintain project consistency. Additionally, since the application was not yet launched, it was not wise to create a fully customized system for a simple, initial-phase project.
