We launched the redesign in a span of 5 months with a highly lean approach of progressively tackling the core user jobs on the platform starting with the calling experience. I oversaw & conducted thorough usability studies to gauge the performance of the redesign both from a user and business perspective. Overall, Sales Experts appreciated the new experience for aesthetics, smooth performance, task detail, new script experience with the ability to review and edit responses, adding custom notes and the personalised dashboard was figured to be really useful.
