I crafted the top-level brand message for a healthcare industry professional starting a consultancy for healthcare providers who were looking to step out of the mainstream of healthcare. The guide serves as the palette from which all marketing pieces draw their central messaging.

The Process

Discovery - Sent questionnaire to get client's wheels turning and thoughts organized
Initial Meeting - Talked through the brand messaging framework, discussed organization's mission, vision and core values, then asked probing questions to understand the organization, it's target audience, and it's value propositions at the deepest level.
Messaging Development - Took the input from the questionnaire and initial meeting to create the first draft of the brand messaging guide.
Final Meeting - Share the draft brand messaging guide and receive feedback on refinements.
Finalize Guide - Integrate client's feedback into the brand messaging guide and send final version for use by internal marketing team or freelance marketer.
Typical Project Timeline: 2-3 week process from the receipt of kickoff questionnaire to delivery of final version.
