Problem
The fulfillment platform handled logistics for multiple client accounts, but every handoff between systems was manual. When an order status changed, someone had to update the client's CRM by hand.
When a client needed a report, someone had to export data from the platform, clean it up in a spreadsheet, and send it over. Status update notifications were inconsistent, clients had no way to check their own fulfillment data in real time, and the operations team was spending more time on admin than on actual logistics work.
On the web side, the existing client-facing site wasn't converting — sign-up flow was clunky and the content didn't communicate value clearly.
How I built it
I built a set of Zapier automations connecting the 3PL platform to each client's CRM, notification system, and reporting tools — creating a fully automated bridge between fulfillment events and client-facing systems.
When an order status changes, the automation updates the client's CRM pipeline stage, fires off a notification, and logs the data into a reporting layer — all without anyone touching it. I configured each client's CRM with structured pipeline stages, lead tracking logic, and automated status update sequences tailored to their specific fulfillment workflow.
For reporting, I developed client-facing dashboards that pull real-time data directly from the fulfillment platform, giving clients full self-service visibility into their orders, inventory, and shipments without waiting for manual exports. On the conversion side, I designed and built new Webflow sites with clear value messaging, optimized sign-up flows, and custom interactive elements — resulting in a 25% increase in sign-ups and a 20% lift in conversion rates.
