Every.io is building smart, all-in-one financial tools for startups—covering everything from banking to payroll and bookkeeping.
We jumped in early to help lay the groundwork for their web app, focusing on clean UX, a solid design system, and a smooth experience that makes handling back-office tasks way less painful for founders.

Visuals that walk the fine line
Every.io’s visual style strikes a nice balance—professional but not boring. The main colors are bold blues that feel solid and trustworthy, while accents like yellow and coral adds a punch of energy. We paired that with Gilroy, a clean, modern typeface that keeps everything easy to read—especially the numbers, which really matter in a finance app.
While working on the product, we put together a design system to make life easier for the team—reusable components, consistent styles, all in one place. It means they can build faster, keep things looking sharp, and spend more time improving the experience instead of reinventing stuff.
Reimagining FinTech
We spent time really getting to know how startups deal with their finances, so we could design something that actually works for them—simple, clear, and not boring to look at.
We paid attention to the little things—colors, fonts, layout—so the whole experience feels smooth and makes sense the moment you land in the app.
Over the course of a year, we worked on tons of screens and features—always with founders in mind. The goal was simple: make things easy to use and help them stay on top of their finances without the usual hassle.
Brand assets that make financial waves.
Alongside the platform, we also created brand assets like custom bank cards, stationery, and more—real, hands-on stuff that brings the Every.io brand to life and helps it stand out in the fintech crowd.
