We built an AI-powered activity management platform that helps teams organize, review, and enrich real-world experiences — from events and museums to restaurants and cultural spots.
The platform automatically gathers activity data from multiple sources using AI and web scraping, fills missing details, and stores everything in a structured way. Editors can easily validate, update, and manage content through a flexible admin interface, ensuring high data quality and consistency. This structured content then powers a consumer mobile app with reliable, personalized recommendations.
The solution is built around Retool and PostgreSQL, allowing fast iteration, scalable data management, and smooth editorial workflows
