We built an AI-powered desktop assistant that helps healthcare professionals and users instantly understand complex data and interfaces inside a healthcare platform.
The app lets users take a screenshot of their screen and ask the AI assistant questions about what they’re seeing — data, workflows, or specific UI elements. Instead of searching through FAQs or waiting for support, users get clear explanations and guidance directly inside the desktop app, saving time and reducing friction.
The solution is built with Electron for cross-platform desktop support, OpenAI for intelligent assistance, and Stripe for monetization. It significantly improved productivity while reducing the load on customer support teams
