We built a custom CRM system with unified communications that brings project management, task collaboration, and team conversations into one interface.
The platform combines task tracking, project visibility, and a unified inbox for email, SMS, and calls. By integrating tools like Office 365, Twilio, and Zoom, teams can manage work and communication without switching between multiple apps. This reduces missed updates, speeds up workflows, and improves team collaboration.
The solution was built as a flexible internal system that adapts to different roles, permissions, and business processes while keeping communication fully connected to tasks and projects
